The Little Dove sampler was created by Marietta Stebbins (1791 – 1820) of Deerfield, MA. Known by collectors as being from a group of embroidery called White Dove samplers, it characterizes a black-outlined white bird. The design comes with everything necessary to complete the 4” x 4” piece on 28 count linen using cross stitch. Made in USA.
