Historic Deerfield Magazine (Summer 2006) is a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Summer Fellowship Program. Contained within the twenty-eight pages are eleven articles covering different aspects and memories of the Fellowship Program. The topics discussed include origin of the program, the first fellow from the West (Washington State), an interview with Peter Spang, memories of Steve Miller (’67), memories of Lynda McCurdy Hotra (’73), books and libraries, favorite items of five fellows, Lafayette’s La Grange watercolor, object studies from 2005 fellows. In addition, there is a two-page photographic spread of past Fellowship reunions and a discussion of the Endowment Drive.
